Basketball Recap: Okemah Comes Up Short

After soaring to 66 points the game before, Okemah was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They lost 56-30 to the Henryetta Knights. The game marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

With the defeat, Okemah broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-4. As for Henryetta, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.

Okemah will face off against Holdenville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Holdenville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60 points per game this season. As for Henryetta, they will challenge Metro Christian at 8:20 p.m. on Saturday. Metro Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Henryetta surely won't give up without a fight.
