Soccer Recap: Colville Comes Up Short

Colville lost against Newport back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Crimson Hawks fell 3-1 to the Grizzlies. Colville just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Colville's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Newport, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-11.

Colville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Newport, they will venture away from home to face off against Riverside at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Newport will be up against Riverside's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.15 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
