Baseball Recap: Tyngsborough Tigers vs. Clinton Gaels
Tyngsborough had lost seven straight at home dating back to last season, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 0-8-1 to make it eight. They fell just short of the Clinton Gaels by a score of 8-7. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Gaels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on April 2nd.
Ryan Manning and Samson Xayachack did some serious damage despite the final result: Manning went 1-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Xayachack went a perfect 4-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. Aidan Richardson also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.
