DuPont Manual waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Shawnee Golden Eagles a 1-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Crimsons also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.

DuPont Manual pushed their record up to 20-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Shawnee, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

As of now, neither DuPont Manual nor the Golden Eagles have any future games scheduled.
