Volleyball Recap: Centaurus Comes Up Short

Centaurus's tournament run continued when they took on Cherry Creek on Saturday. The Warriors fell just short of the Bruins by a score of 2-1. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cherry Creek found their leader in freshman Liam Lee, who had 15 digs.

Centaurus' loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Cherry Creek, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-10.

Looking ahead, Centaurus will take on Eagle Ridge Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Eagle Ridge Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Centaurus surely won't give up without a fight. Cherry Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
