Basketball Preview: Linn Wildcats vs. Russellville Indians        
        
		
            
 Linn is 8-2 against the Indians since February of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The Linn Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Russellville Indians at 6:00  p.m. Linn is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
 Last Wednesday, Linn came up short against the Panthers  and fell  62-53.
 Linn's  defeat came about despite a quality game from  Noah Hall, who  scored 25 points along with eight  rebounds and five  assists. Another player making a difference was  Seth Wolfe, who  scored eight points along with six  rebounds.
 Russellville has not had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They were the clear victor by a  71-51 margin over New Bloomfield. Russellville pushed the score to  60-39 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wildcats cut but never quite recovered from.
 Linn's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Russellville, their victory bumped their record up to 7-14.
 Linn strolled past the Indians when the teams last played  back in December of 2023 by a score of  62-48. Will Linn repeat their success,  or do  the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
