Volleyball Recap: Briarcrest Christian Finds Home Court Redemption Against Lakeland Preparatory

There's no place like home for Briarcrest Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Lakeland Preparatory Lions on Monday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Saints not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 11th (when they won 3-0).

While Briarcrest Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-16, 25-19.

Camille Northcross paced Briarcrest Christian's offense, picking up ten kills. Northcross got some help from Allison Floyd and her 26 assists. Floyd also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kadence Dumas, each putting up two.

As for Lakeland Preparatory, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Bartlett on the 2nd.
