Trey Sutton posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. He pitched 4.1 innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off only two hits. The effort marked the fewest hits he has had since back in April of 2024.

Sutton and Easley will face off against Woodmont at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Easley is 7-1 against Woodmont going back to March of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
