Chaminade extended the longest winning streak in Mission this week by beating Lompoc, 49-14. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.

Chaminade took down the Braves 49-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.

Jalen Greene was a passing and rushing force as Serra topped St. Francis. He completed 10 passes for 87 yards and also ran for 198 yards. Greene's favorite target this week was Isaac Cox, who caught 2 passes for 33 yards.

Ty Gangi put up the best numbers in passing as the Golden Knights lost to the Cavaliers. He finished with a total of 13 completions for 145 yards and 1 touchdown. Gangi's favorite target this week was Dylan Crawford, who caught 4 passes for 63 yards.

On the heels of Brad Kaaya and Donovan Lee, Ed Croson's team has had great success on offense. Kaaya leads the league in passing with 2,976 yards, while Lee has rushed for 1,566 yards this season. Tops in the league in receiving yards is St. Francis' Crawford, with 993 yards on 54 catches.

The most important game in the league this week will be the match up between Serra and the Eagles. Scott Altenberg's team enters the game ranked fifth in the state, while Chaminade ranks 12th.

So far this year, he has garnered 54 catches for 993 yards.

Darrion Naylor of the the Cavaliers is just 26 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Naylor has rushed for 974 yards on 150 carries so far this year.

One of the league's premier quarterbacks will go head-to-head with its top pass rusher when Chaminade and Serra face off next week.

Two stand out recruits will be in the spotlight when the Cavaliers and the Eagles meet this week. Serra features well-regarded sophomore Blake Walls while Chaminade has Kaaya, a sought after senior.

Next week's game between the Eagles and the Cavaliers will feature an aerial matchup as Kaaya tests his arm against Adoree' Jackson's defensive ability.

Chaminade led Mission in scoring this week by notching 49 points on Lompoc.
