Volleyball Recap: Ohio E Starts Season with Loss at Home

Ohio E unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Bowling Green Christian Academy Lions by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Ohio E took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 9-25, 21-25, 25-20, 15-4.

Bowling Green Christian Academy now has a winning record of 2-1.

Ohio E will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Kingdom Christian at 7:00 p.m. on September 4. As for Bowling Green Christian Academy, they will challenge Senedot Stripes at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
