Basketball Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

Highland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a blow against the Clearwater Valley Rams, falling 61-29. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-32 back in January.

Highland's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Clearwater Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Highland will square off against Nezperce at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Clearwater Valley, they will head out on the road to square off against Kamiah at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
