Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Meeker). They claimed a resounding 53-6 victory over the Grand Valley Cardinals. The Cowboys might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by 27 points or more this season.

Clay Crawford was his usual excellent self, rushing for 144 yards and two touchdowns. His longest rush was for an incredible 90 yards. Backing up that air attack was Cade Blunt, who rushed for 88 yards and a rushing touchdown.

Meeker didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. Tyler Sanders picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown.

Meeker was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 332 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 196 rushing yards in eight consecutive games.

Meeker's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2. As for Grand Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
