Softball Recap: Hingham Comes Up Short

After flying high against Notre Dame Academy on Monday, Hingham came back down to earth. The Harbormen came up short against the Duxbury Dragons on Tuesday, falling 15-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-9 back in April.

Hingham's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Duxbury, their record now sits at 8-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hingham is set to face off against their familiar foe Silver Lake Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Duxbury will challenge rival Plymouth North at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
