University Prep waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the South Whidbey Falcons by a score of 6-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 1-0 on Monday.
Owen Bradley made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with two RBI. Those RBI were his first of the season.
