Volleyball Recap: Fellowship Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Fellowship Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Ahoskie Christian, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Ahoskie Christian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

While Fellowship Christian Academy was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-11, 25-22.

Fellowship Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Ahoskie Christian, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Fellowship Christian Academy will take on rival Terra Ceia Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ahoskie Christian is set to face off against their familiar foe Unity Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
