Albion had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came out on top against the Medina Mustangs by a score of 66-58. 66 seems to be a good number for the Purple Eagles as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Several Mustangs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jerrell Nealy, who went 7-for-16 on his way to 22 points and eight boards. Nealy's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Kolton Fletcher, who went 5-for-11 en route to 12 points along with eight steals and five rebounds.

Albion's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Medina, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.

Albion has already played their next contest (against Royalton-Hartland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Medina, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 55-41 loss against Pembroke on the 10th.
