Volleyball Recap: O'fallon Beats Althoff Catholic for Their Third Straight Victory

O'Fallon entered their tilt with Althoff Catholic on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Crusaders by a score of 2-0. The Panthers were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Crusaders, so the Panthers were just returning the favor.

O'Fallon never let Althoff Catholic on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-22.

Izabela Jones paced O'Fallon's offense, picking up nine kills. Jones were helped by Taylor Clay and Alli Hamm, who contributed 12 assists each. Kennedi Walls controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

O'Fallon's win bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Althoff Catholic, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-12 record this season.
