Softball Recap: Timberlane Takes a Loss

Timberlane managed to slip by Pinkerton the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Owls lost 7-0 to the Astros on Monday. The Owls were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Astros apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Timberlane's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Pinkerton, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Timberlane is set to challenge their familiar foe Goffstown at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Owls 3.8, the Grizzlies 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Pinkerton will face off against rival Merrimack at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
