Basketball Game Preview: Chilton Tigers vs. Valders Vikings

Chilton is 2-8 against Valders since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Chilton Tigers will host the Valders Vikings at 7:00 p.m. Chilton is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

Last Tuesday, Chilton didn't have too much trouble with Roncalli as they won 59-40. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 106th, while the Jets are ranked 292nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Valders came up short against Sheboygan Falls on Tuesday and fell 50-38. The defeat continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now lost six in a row.

Chilton has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Valders, their loss dropped their record down to 10-3.
