Highland extended their winning streak to three on Saturday, bumping them up to 8-3. They blew past the Fredericktown Freddies 10-4. The result was nothing new for the Fighting Scots, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Kate Clements was incredible, going 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one double. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Maddy Stuckman was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Highland hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters in eight consecutive matchups.

As for Fredericktown, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-6. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly six runs.

On Fredericktown's side, Jazzlynn Wittman was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Highland has already played their next game, a 7-4 victory against Galion on the 14th. Fredericktown has also already played their next contest (against East Knox), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
