Pullman posted their closest win since October 30, 2024 on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the West Valley Eagles 3-2. This was payback for the Greyhounds, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Pullman took West Valley into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The final score came out to 25-15, 26-24, 23-25, 15-25, 15-10.

Pullman's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for West Valley, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Pullman is set to challenge their familiar foe North Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, West Valley will face off against rival Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
