Eliyjah Jones leads Tanner to victory over East Limestone

Recap: Tanner Rattlers vs. East Limestone Indians
The Tanner Rattlers entered their tilt with the East Limestone Indians with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Tanner had just enough and edged East Limestone out 52-50. For Tanner, this counts as revenge for the 61-52 loss East Limestone walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.
Among those leading the charge was Eliyjah Jones, who scored 11 points. Cade Dorning was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Tanner has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. As for East Limestone, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tanner will take on Elkmont at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Limestone, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Mae Jemison at 7:45 p.m. Mae Jemison is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
