Volleyball Recap: Deckerville Takes a Loss

Deckerville was the 2-0 winner over Harbor Beach when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Pirates on Wednesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-19.

Harbor Beach can attribute much of their success to Keltie Deer, who had 15 digs and nine assists.

Deckerville now has a losing record of 0-1-1. As for Harbor Beach, the win got them back to even at 2-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Deckerville will challenge Carsonville-Port Sanilac at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Harbor Beach and Laker will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
