Baseball Recap: Raymore-Peculiar Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Raymore-Peculiar took on Lee's Summit on Monday. The Panthers fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 3-1. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly two runs.

Raymore-Peculiar now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Lee's Summit, their win bumped their record up to 8-2.

Looking ahead, Raymore-Peculiar will square off against Grain Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The last five games the Eagles have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Lee's Summit, they will face off against Jefferson City at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
