Volleyball Recap: Foreman Takes a Loss

Foreman was the 2-0 winner over Kelvyn Park when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers on Friday.

Foreman was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by exactly two points. The final score came out to 25-23, 26-24.

Dorian Sanchez paced Foreman's offense, picking up two kills. Sanchez got some help from Adam Martinez and his three assists.

Foreman suffered their first road loss, dropping their record down to 3-3. As for Kelvyn Park, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1-2.

Foreman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Clemente on the 7th. As for Kelvyn Park, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Chicago Marshall on the 7th.
