Baseball Recap: Glenn Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Glenn's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Brighton Bulldogs on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Rockets in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost four in a row.

Glenn's loss dropped their record down to 6-26. As for Brighton, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-14 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glenn will head out to challenge Garden City at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Rockets surely won't give up without a fight. As for Brighton, they will venture away from home to square off against Pioneer at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
