Basketball Game Preview: Turlock Bulldogs vs. Enochs Eagles

The Turlock Bulldogs will face off against the Enochs Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Turlock knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine games -- so hopefully Enochs likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Turlock was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 60-55 to Gregori. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 460th, while the Jaguars are ranked 142nd).

Meanwhile, Enochs was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Modesto 81-52. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 20 points or more this season.

Turlock's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-13. As for Enochs, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-8.
