Basketball Recap: Milton Comes Up Short

Milton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 52-40 to the Bloomsburg Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Black Panthers of the 55-35 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2024.

Milton's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Bloomsburg, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Milton will be taking part in a tournament against Muncy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Black Panthers' defense better be ready for this one: the Indians have averaged an impressive 50 points per game this season. As for Bloomsburg, they will take on Our Lady of Lourdes Regional at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday.
