Basketball Recap: Glencoe Takes a Loss

Glencoe lost against Sherwood back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Glencoe Crimson Tide took a hard 47-28 fall against the Sherwood Bowmen.

Glencoe has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season. As for Sherwood, their win bumped their record up to 9-11.

Coming up, Glencoe will host Newberg at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sherwood, they are taking a road trip to challenge McMinnville at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in McMinnville's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Sherwood has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
