Embrie Bednar turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Tuesday. She struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk). Thanks to that strong showing, she's now averaging 5.2 strikeouts per game.

Bednar and Norris are taking a road trip to challenge Gretna East at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
