Kennett faced Clearwater in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Indians beat the Fightin' Tigers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 6-4. The victory was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on five straight.

Kennett pushed their record up to 29-8 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Clearwater, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 30-5.

As of now, neither Kennett nor the Fightin' Tigers have any future games scheduled.
