Soccer Game Preview: Bartow vs. Hardee

The Bartow Yellow Jackets will venture away from home to square off against the Hardee Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bartow's last five matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Bartow is headed into Tuesday's following a draw, the team's first since December 17. They and Fort Meade finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Monday.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Hardee's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of Frostproof by a score of 3-2.

Hardee's loss dropped their record down to 6-3-3. With that draw, Bartow's record moves to 10-3-3.

Bartow came up short against Hardee in their previous matchup back in January of 2022, falling 3-1. Can Bartow avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
