Huguenot was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 59-57 heartbreaker at the hands of the Manchester Lancers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-45 back in December of 2024.
Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Trevion Brown, who went 7 of 10 on his way to 17 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks. Kaemon Smith was another key player, going 5 for 7 en route to 16 points and three steals.
Huguenot's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Manchester, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-4.
