Basketball Recap: Oakley Plainsmen vs. Quinter Bulldogs
Oakley lost against Quinter back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Oakley Plainsmen were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 51-50 to the Quinter Bulldogs. While the Plainsmen didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bulldogs 19-12 in the first quarter.

Oakley's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mason Jackson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds. Those 12 boards gave Jackson a new career-high.
