Basketball Recap: Westminster Schools of Augusta Gets the Win

With a playoff win on the line, Westminster Schools of Augusta rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Terrell Academy Eagles by a score of 55-42.

It was another big night for Gavin Fox, who posted 24 points. Isaiah Walker was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Westminster Schools of Augusta's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Terrell Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-15.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Wildcats challenge the Lions at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Lakeview Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 16 matches -- so hopefully Westminster Schools of Augusta likes a good challenge. Terrell Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
