With a playoff win on the line, Forest Park rose to the challenge on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Edmondson-Westside Red Storm as they made off with a 74-52 win. The Foresters have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for JOLIE HAMILTON, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 18 rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was MCKENZIE FITZGERALD, who went 6-for-15 on her way to 14 points in addition to five assists and five steals.

Forest Park's victory was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 45.2 points. As for Edmondson-Westside, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-5 record this season.

Forest Park didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-21 win against Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South on the 7th. Edmondson-Westside does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
