Game recap: St. Helena High School Football Team beats Healdsburg

ST. HELENA, Calif. - Sebastian Segura ran for three touchdowns and Danny Brink added two as well as St. Helena (Calif.) bested Healdsburg (Calif.) 35-14 on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a Segura touchdown run in the second quarter, the Saints led 14-7 at the half.

St. Helena expanded its lead to 21 points entering the fourth quarter. SH scored two times in the third, including once on a Segura touchdown run.

Scott Reynolds played well for the Greyhounds. The junior quarterback ran for one touchdown.

The Saints' standout player in the win was Segura. The junior running back kicked five extra points. He has now scored 12 touchdowns on the season.



St. Helena came into the game allowing 11.7 points per game.

The victory will ease some of the sting of SH's close 27-24 loss to Healdsburg last season.

The defeat comes as a step back for Healdsburg, which notched a 41-0 victory over El Molino in its previous outing.
