Volleyball Recap: Custer County Makes It Three in a Row on the Road

Custer County extended their road winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Hayden Hampton. The Bobcats came out on top against the Crested Butte Titans by a score of 3-1 on Thursday for which the team can thank Hampton, who had 15 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 15 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

The win didn't come easy: Crested Butte scored at least 20 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 19-25, 27-25.

Custer County's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Crested Butte, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8.

Coming up, Custer County is taking a road trip to square off against Calhan at 6:30 p.m. on the 10th. As for Crested Butte, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Del Norte at 4:30 p.m.
