St. Patrick had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 13-run drubbing they dealt Perry Central on Thursday. The St. Patrick Fighting Irish blew past the Perry Central Bulldogs 15-2. The  game marked the Fighting Irish's most dominant  victory of the  season so far.
 Addysen Peyret was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with three  stolen bases, three  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  three  stolen bases gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Tara Nasakaitis, who  scored three  runs and  stole  Two bases. while  getting on base  in all five of her plate appearances.
 St. Patrick  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .703. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
The  win was  the third in a row for St. Patrick, bringing their record for this year to 6-6. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Perry Central, they now  have a losing record of 5-6-1.
 Looking ahead, St. Patrick will host Our Lady Academy  at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. This will  be Our Lady Academy's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Perry Central, they will venture away from home to  take on Columbia  at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Perry Central has given up an average of 11.4 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
