Volleyball Recap: East Jackson's Loss Ends Six-Game Winning Streak at Home

East Jackson was the 2-1 winner over Oglethorpe County when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots on Thursday.

East Jackson's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-2. As for Oglethorpe County, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, East Jackson will be playing at home against Walnut Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oglethorpe County, they will be taking part in a tournament against Stratford Academy at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
