Basketball Recap: William Penn Comes Up Short

William Penn lost against Appoquinimink back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The William Penn Colonials lost 53-31 to the Appoquinimink Jaguars.

William Penn's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Appoquinimink, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-7.

William Penn wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 45-33 loss against Delcastle Technical on the 10th. Appoquinimink has also already played their next game, a 77-41 defeat against Caravel on the 9th.
