Volleyball Recap: Colby Takes a Loss

Colby lost against Reedsburg on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Hornets fell 2-0 to the Beavers.

Daelyn Rieck paced Colby's offense, picking up 12 kills. Rieck got some help from Zoe Kaiser and her 11 assists. Rieck was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Colby's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Reedsburg, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Colby wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran/Providence Academy on the 2nd. As for Reedsburg, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Melrose-Mindoro on the 2nd.
