Lighthouse Christian had won three straight at home, but on Monday they bumped their record up to 23-8 to make it four. They were the clear victors by a 17-8 margin over the Aurora Christian Academy Arrows. The result was nothing new for the Chargers, who have now won 13 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

As for Aurora Christian Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-4 record. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat they have suffered since March 22nd.

For Aurora Christian Academy's part, Sawyer Jones was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs. Jones is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last seven games he's played. Rowen Haynes was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run.
