  XAVIER LOPEZ was a major factor no matter where he played. He  struck out ten batters over  seven innings while giving up  three earned  (and one unearned) runs off   seven  hits (and not a single walk). LOPEZ was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-4.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  ADOLFO PACHECO, who  got on base  in all four of his plate appearances with a  home run and two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  JAIDAN TAFOYA, who  went 1-for-4 with three  RBI and a  double.
 On Fairfax's side, they saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Alexander Tovar, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-4.
 The  win  got Cesar Chavez back to even at 13-13. As for Fairfax, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.
