Soccer Game Preview: Providence Christian Academy vs. Landmark Christian

The Providence Christian Academy Storm will head out on the road to square off against the Landmark Christian War Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Providence Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season.

Providence Christian Academy barely beat The Weber School the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Storm never let the Rams get on the board and left with a 7-0 win last Thursday. It was an even better day for Clara Allen as she scored five goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Landmark Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of Chapel Hill. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Landmark Christian couldn't quite close it out.

Landmark Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Providence Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.
