Soccer Recap: Petersburg Comes Up Short

Petersburg lost against Spring Mills back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vikings lost 5-0 to the Cardinals. Petersburg have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Petersburg's loss dropped their record down to 1-9-1. As for Spring Mills, their victory bumped their record up to 6-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Petersburg will venture away from home to square off against Pocahontas County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Spring Mills, they will head out to take on Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
