Toronto is 9-1 against Bridgeport since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Toronto Red Knights will head out on the road to take on the Bridgeport Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. Toronto will be strutting in after a win while Bridgeport will be coming in after a defeat.

On Wednesday, Toronto strolled past Shenandoah with points to spare, taking the game 58-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Knights.

Meanwhile, Bridgeport played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Bellaire, falling 82-54. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Big Reds recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Despite the loss, Bridgeport saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jaleel Vincent posted 20 points along with six assists and three steals. Vincent's evening made it 12 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Avery Jackson was another key player, putting up eight points and eight rebounds.

Toronto has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for Bridgeport, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.

Toronto was able to grind out a solid victory over Bridgeport in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, winning 65-55. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Vincent, who went 9 for 16 on his way to 26 points in addition to five assists and five boards.
