Volleyball Recap: Cathedral Prep Falls Despite Big Games from Kamryn Resurreccion and Colette Speros

Cathedral Prep lost against Williamsville South on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Ramblers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Billies. The Ramblers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cathedral Prep's loss came despite strong showings from Colette Speros and Kamryn Resurreccion. Speros had eight digs, five kills, and one block, while Resurreccion had ten assists and seven digs. Speros is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least five every time she's taken the court this season.

Cathedral Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Williamsville South, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Cathedral Prep will square off against Clarion-Limestone at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Williamsville South, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Portville at 6:30 p.m. on October 23.
