            Basketball Recap: Eno River Academy Bobcats vs. Voyager Academy Vikings        
        
		
        
        
            Eno River Academy played a tough  game  on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a   75-47 loss at the hands of the Voyager Academy Vikings. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
 Eno River Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Cole Creedle, who  posted 14  points and five  boards. Another player making a difference was  Ryder Moore, who  put up six points.
 Leading Voyager Academy to victory were  Will Cameron and  McKinley Hemsley.  Cameron  scored six  points in addition to nine  rebounds and seven  steals, while  Hemsley  went 5 for 7  en route to 12 points. Those seven  steals gave  Cameron a new career-high.  Abba Katembo also deserves some recognition as  he  posted his first  block of the season.
Eno River Academy's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Voyager Academy, they pushed their record up to 15-6 with the  victory, which was their eighth straight  on the road.
 Eno River Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  55-54  defeat against Excelsior Classical Academy on the 31st. As for Voyager Academy, they also  didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  an  87-35  win against Roxboro Community on the 31st.
