Volleyball Game Preview: Kenston Bombers vs. Independence Blue Devils

The Kenston Bombers will face off against the Independence Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Saturday, Kenston came up short against Berkshire and fell 2-0. The Bombers haven't had much luck with the Badgers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Berkshire scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Independence made easy work of North on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Independence was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-13, 25-11.

Independence's victory bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Kenston, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.
